We will make every effort to exchange any faulty products within 3 working days.
To validate your guarentee, you must register it within 15 days of your purchase. Inside the box you will find a leaflet with your guarantee details - please keep hold of this. You will find a reference number on the leaflet, click the "validation of guarantee" button above and enter this number and required information, and register your purchase.
**We remind you that the guarantee does not take into account what is considered reasonable wear and tear or general deterioration caused by misuse.
Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
It's very simple:
1) Go on your customer account and you complete the request of intervention. You will receive an e-mail of confirmation, giving you a N° of intervention.
2) Send back your defective straightener and include the following:
- Your N° of intervention
- The photocopy of your guarantee bill

Since you validated your on-line guarantee, you are registered in our database.
To help is process your exchange, note on a piece of paper your FULL NAME, PURCHASE DATE and PLACE OF PURCHASE, instead of the photocopy of the guarantee.
